We want you to love your gear as much as you love your sport. If a product doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're here to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.


1. Return Timeline

We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In the exact same condition as you received it
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

2. Niche-Specific Exceptions (Please Read Carefully)

Because we specialize in performance sports gear, certain items have strict requirements to qualify for a return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Badminton Equipment

  • Rackets must be returned with the factory plastic wrap intact on the handle.
  • We cannot accept returns on rackets that have been used on a court, scratched, or custom-strung after purchase.
  • Shuttlecocks and grips must remain unopened in their original tube or packaging.

Swimming & Aquatic Gear

For health and hygiene reasons, swimming products can only be returned if they are unused in water and remain in their original condition.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Our team will review your request and  send you the appropriate return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.

Step 3

Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Changed Your Mind?

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, please let us know immediately.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover 100% of the return shipping cost. You may choose either a replacement or a full refund.


5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above.

We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and we contact to you via your Whatsaap and your payment will transfered to your online account as per your selection.
